An Empower Exclusive is a home represented by Empower Real Estate under an exclusive listing agreement. Every one receives the brokerage's full marketing attention and full MLS exposure, and the sales shown on this page are verified against CRMLS.

No. Empower does not do pocket listings. Every home we represent is listed on the MLS and exposed to the full market, because complete exposure is how sellers get the strongest price. First Access members simply hear about new listings the moment they go live.

MLS rules require a listing to be filed with the MLS within one business day of any public marketing. A seller can also authorize a delayed marketing period in writing. Either way the home reaches the MLS and the full market, and Empower follows these rules on every listing.

Our system checks for new listings every 15 minutes. When a listing matches your saved criteria, the alert goes out to you automatically, whether the listing is ours or another brokerage's.
