Empower Real Estate was founded in Burbank by Ed Sanchez, Claudio Madariaga, and Jonathan Max, three professionals who spent decades inside franchise systems and corporate brokerages, watching clients get lost in the machine. We left to build something better: a brokerage where clients have direct access to the principals, we plan marketing around each client's home, and every decision is made by people who live in the community they serve.
